What we collect

Only what we need to send a therapist to the right place at the right time: the name you give us, a phone number, the address of the appointment, and the treatment and time you choose. If you message us on Zalo or Telegram we also see your display name on that app.

What we do not collect

This website has no sign-up form, no accounts, no payments and no card details. We use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics on these pages.

What we use it for

To confirm your booking, to get your therapist to the right address, and to contact you if something changes. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

The therapist taking your booking is given your name, phone number and address, because they need those to reach you. Beyond that we do not sell, trade or share your data with anyone.

Messaging apps

The conversation itself happens on Zalo or Telegram and is covered by their own privacy policies. We do not control how those companies handle your data.

How long we keep it

Booking messages are kept for up to 12 months so we can handle complaints or repeat bookings, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your messages and booking details at any time. Message us on Zalo or Telegram and we will do it within seven days.
